BIZ FILES sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped to you.

After your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product and/or download instructions will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Depending on the product, you may receive a direct download, a PDF containing access instructions, or a Canva template link.

Please check your spam, junk, promotions, or social folders if you do not see your order email in your inbox.

If you have completed your purchase and have not received your product within 30 minutes, please contact us at infobizfiles with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
